Research and Development of Opto-Electronic Measurement and Control System OEMRS Suitable for Inhospitable Environment and Implementation of New Product to the Production Process in company GA Drilling
In May 2019 our GA Drilling company started to implement a project named Research and Development of Opto-Electronic Measurement and Control System OEMRS Suitable for Inhospitable Environment and Implementation of New Product to the Production Process in company GA Drilling, with a code ITMS2014+ 313022U708. The project is being implemented without any partners.
The main goal of the project is an industrial research and experimental development of the Opto-Electronic Measurement and Control System OEMRS, that would replace the previous generation of electronic measurement and control system used within the body of plasma tool researched by GA Drilling. The project includes research, construction of the laboratory model of the tool, functional testing, development phase, further modifications for creating a product prototype, followed by its small-scale serial production after the end of the project.
The project also counts with the protection of intellectual property created within the research and development of the tool.
OEMRS is a type of a hybrid electronic measurement and control system, that compared to competitive measurement systems will be innovated with Opto-fiber measurement and communication part. It is to control and track the processes running the plasma drilling and milling tools, so it is directly related to more effective, more economic and safer drilling of deep wells and their environmental plugging at the end of their lifetime.
The project consists of 4 main activities and 1 supportive activity. The overall length of their realization will be 36 months.
